Terms & Conditions
The terms of hire for our mini golf and event equipment.
Booking & deposit
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid and we have acknowledged your date in writing. Dates are held on a first-come basis and are not reserved until the deposit is received.
Payment
The balance is due before or on the day of your event, as agreed in your written quote. Prices are inclusive of VAT and include delivery, setup and collection within the quoted travel area.
Access & setup
You are responsible for ensuring safe, level access to the setup area and that we can deliver at the agreed time. The full course needs roughly 6m × 12m; we will confirm space requirements in advance.
Damage & loss
Normal wear and tear is expected and fine. The hirer is responsible for any significant damage or loss to the equipment during the hire period; associated costs may be charged and, where taken, deducted from a security deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit, will be set out in your written quote. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
Liability
We take great care with setup and safety. Guests use the equipment at their own risk; the hirer agrees to supervise use appropriately, particularly with children.
